World-first engine test to use ethanol for large-scale power
Finland-headed international energy and marine technology group Wärtsilä Oyj has announced that it has partnered with Brazilian energy company Energetica Suape II S.A., majority owned by Grupo Econômico 4M, to conduct a world-first clean energy trial, which will see sugarcane-derived ethanol used to generate clean power.
